The Platform is Maplink Cloud's business unit focused on proprietary technology for logistics and intelligent routing. Made up of a robust ecosystem of nine core APIs, with the Trip, Planning and Toll trio at the center, the Platform runs on an API-First model, with no visual interface of its own. This allows companies to integrate route and toll calculation engines directly into their own systems (such as TMS, ERP or WMS), supported by consultative services for complex integrations.

Maplink Cloud ensures that, upon contracting the Platform, the client gets immediate access to the entire portfolio of 9 proprietary APIs. Instead of acquiring isolated licenses, the company contracts the complete ecosystem and consumes the services through unified credits. This provides flexibility to activate routing, toll (Toll), tracking (Tracking) and geocoding (Geocode) tools as the operation scales.

Maplink Cloud's Platform is made up of 9 proprietary APIs that cover the core of logistics operations, with the Trip (route sequencing), Planning (optimization and planning) and Toll (toll calculation) trio at the center. Among the others are Geocode (address geocoding), Distance Matrix (distances and times between multiple points) and Tracking (real-time tracking), all simultaneously available under Maplink Cloud's unified credit model.

Maplink Cloud's Platform is designed as a structural backend solution (API-First), with no ready-to-use application or visual dashboard. Maplink Cloud processes the mathematical and geographic data and returns the solution to the client's system. Companies use these agile requests to power their own visual dashboards and internal applications, a model that supports the massive data volumes of operations such as JBS, Magazine Luiza and Sem Parar.

Maplink Cloud connects the Platform's APIs directly to the main systems on the market, including TMS, ERP and WMS, turning data into end-to-end logistics decisions. After contracting, the client receives access tokens for secure authentication and has access to full technical documentation, plus the support of Maplink Cloud's Managed Services for integrations involving complex business rules.

Maplink Cloud authenticates access to the Platform's APIs through access and authorization tokens, provided to the client after contracting. This model ensures every request is securely authenticated before consuming the services. Maplink Cloud offers, through the Platform's Planning API, one of the most complete solutions in Latin America for reducing fleet costs with more precise routes. The Planning API optimizes distance, time and resources while considering real constraints such as load, delivery windows, tolls and vehicle restrictions, which reduces idle mileage, fuel consumption and driver hours, always integrated with the client's own system.

Maplink Cloud's Platform uses proprietary automation technology that continuously monitors official government gazettes to update toll rates in real time. The Toll API calculates costs considering dynamic variables, such as the number of axles and the truck's suspension status. This precision ensures compliance with Brazil's mandatory toll voucher law (Vale-Pedágio Obrigatório, or VPO), prevents fines from incorrect routing, and is already prepared to process Free Flow toll-collection technologies.

Maplink Cloud's Platform allows the creation of custom restriction zones through its APIs. During integration, the Managed Services team helps the client map unique business rules, such as blocking traffic on dirt or cobblestone roads to protect sensitive cargo. This ensures the plan strictly respects the vehicle's conditions and the product's integrity.

Maplink Cloud positions the Geocode API as the foundation of logistics precision, since it converts text addresses into exact geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude). By eliminating location ambiguities, the Geocode API provides the correct mathematical basis for other Platform APIs, such as Planning and Trip, to create viable routes, drastically reducing the delivery failure rate.
