Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Maplink Cloud. By accessing our site, using our proprietary APIs (Platform), or contracting our cloud and data intelligence Managed Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms of service, you must not access the site or use our solutions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, developers, and partners who access or use Maplink's digital ecosystem.
Use of the Service
The services provided by Maplink Cloud, including but not limited to licensing of Google Cloud, Google Maps Platform, and our proprietary APIs (such as Planning, Toll, and Geocode), are intended for corporate use. You agree to use our solutions only for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with our technical documentation and the acceptable use policies of our partners, such as Google.
The following is expressly prohibited:
— Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our routing and toll calculation algorithms.
— Using the APIs for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that intentionally overload our infrastructure.
— Circumventing billing limits, authentication tokens, or access keys provided by Maplink.
Maplink Cloud reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the access of users who violate these usage guidelines, in order to protect the stability and security of our cloud ecosystem.
Intellectual Property
All structural content on this site, as well as the software architecture, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, graphics, and text related to Maplink Platform, are the exclusive property of Maplink Cloud and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Google ecosystem trademarks and products (such as Google Cloud and Google Maps) belong to their respective owners. Access to our APIs through the unified credits model, or the contracting of our Managed Services, grants you only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use them, and under no circumstances constitutes a sale or transfer of ownership of our technology.
Changes and Contact
Maplink Cloud reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Use at any time, to reflect improvements in our services, changes in legislation, or new licensing rules from our partners. Structural changes that directly impact the commercial use of the APIs will be communicated in advance on our portal or via institutional e-mail to active customers.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
